The FRESH START® program assist survivors with restoring their credit worthiness allowing them to move forward in their life and obtain the things they need to survive. Ninety-eight percent of survivors struggle financially due to the economic abuse. It has impacted their credit because of the lack of money and steady income after leaving their abuser. As a result the survivor becomes homeless and can’t obtain housing of their own and/or a vehicle; leaving them to continue to be a victim of their circumstance.
