Our Job Training and Job Placement program equips survivors of domestic violence with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to achieve financial independence and long-term stability. Through personalized career assessments, skills development workshops, resume building, mock interviews, and professional mentoring, we prepare participants for the workforce.
We also partner with local employers and workforce development agencies to connect survivors to meaningful job opportunities. By empowering individuals to secure and sustain employment, we help them build a future free from abuse—rooted in self-sufficiency, purpose, and hope.
