Welcome to ThriveForce — More Than Just Volunteer
At Tabula Rasa Domestic Violence, Inc., we believe that the individuals who stand beside us in our mission are more than just “Volunteer.” They are advocates. They are healers. They are changemakers. They are a ThriveForce — a dynamic collective of compassionate, committed, and courageous people who play a vital role in helping survivors escape, heal, rebuild, and thrive.
The term “volunteer” simply doesn’t capture the depth of impact you bring to our work. You are not just offering your time — you are offering hope, restoration, and strength. You are showing up as a force for transformation in the lives of survivors and in the systems that surround them. That’s why we no longer use the term “volunteer” and instead proudly call you part of our ThriveForce.
Our ThriveForce Commitment Statement
As a member of the ThriveForce at Tabula Rasa Domestic Violence, Inc., you are part of a powerful network of change agents who embody empathy, advocacy, and action. You serve not just with your hands, but with your heart — committed to creating safe, healing-centered environments where survivors can rediscover their worth and reclaim their futures.
Your presence amplifies our impact. Whether you’re driving a survivor to safety, lending your expertise in the office, or raising awareness in the community, your contribution is essential and celebrated. As part of ThriveForce, you are not on the sidelines — you are on the frontlines of hope.
Together, we are not just filling roles — we are building a movement. A movement that says survivors’ matter, healing is possible, and community can be the difference.
